Music video Genre's

There are many types of music video genres. This relates to our music video becasue it show research in to the music genres, it may not all relate to rap but researching othe genres can be important to identify certain features & Conventions that they will consist of.

R&B - Chris brown, usher, nelly furatdo - Chris and Nelly are two of the R&B artists I researched, their genres are similar to rap but not completely the same. Similar features they may have is dancing/Coloboration of artists/occasional raps
  


















Rap - Sean paul, eminem, these two artists relate to our music genre of rap. Sean paul and Eminem are examples I have chosen to represent rap.

 

Grime - Boy better know, JME, also very similar to rap but not compltely the same, with some minor differences.




Pop - Briteny spears, Katy perry, these artists have not relation to my music video but the fact that i have done research for the music video should be good.




Indie - The wombats, The kooks, these artists also have no relation to my music video but it juts shows the research i have done around the area of the genre.

 

Country - Taylor swift, Jonny cash, no relation but is just research

 

Electronic - Bloc party, Cyrstal castles, no relation just research

 

Dance - Bass Hunter, Eric Prydz, it has a slight relation to rap music because rap music occasionally includes some kind of dance.


 

Dubstep - Jakwob, Flux pavilion, no relation just research

     

Garage - Craig David, Ms Dynamite,



Rock - Bon jovi, Foo Fighters


 

Hip-hop - Drake, Ludacris
